There are not all the easy to make.

China gave Pakistan everything thing they needed to make one. Including plans right down to the torque requirements of every nut. They still just barely could do a detonation in a static site.

Putting on top of a missile creates even more problems. Heat and vibration and acceleration can really cause problems. And now they cant put it on a drone, it’s too heavy.

And no they can’t smuggle one into Israel. They are highly radioactive and not that hard to find.
